***** 9 Bend Black Dragon - Coffee for Tea drinkers 01/31/2009 09:00
"Honestly, the most intense black tea I've had. Forget coffee, this tea will wake you up as fast as any espresso. Wonderful flavor. I recommend brewing at 2 1/2 minutes - no bitterness whatsoever and you can have it without sweeteners or milk. Brew longer, and the extras do help a bit."

***** Champagne Oolong - perfect! 01/27/2009 10:52
"One cup of this and you will be addicted to oolong tea. The only thing I can fault is that it often isn't in stock, so get it when it is!"

***** 1000 Day Flower - amazing subtle tea 01/27/2009 10:50
"This is the type of tea you just whip out on any day in your clear glass teapot and brew all day long. Each cup tastes slightly different, but no cup is bitter. the perfect white tea, in form and taste."

***** East Friesian Blend - strongest blend is right! 10/09/2008 08:24
"Wow, what a full cup. This is one of those hearty teas that you feel like you're eating instead of drinking. It's got some much complexity and you can brew it light to go with a meal or brew it dark and let it punch you in the face. A real pleasure to try to tame with the brewing time and so rewarding when you brew it to the strength of your mood."

***** Chun Mee (Organic) - My working tea! 10/09/2008 08:21
"No joke, I drink this tea when I seriously need to sit down and concentrate on my work. It has a great aroma and I can brew it brutally strong or heavenly light depending on my mood. I do like to add a bit of honey, but that' more for adding a touch of sugar to give me some energy rather than flavor. It's such a wonderful tea. It's one of my standards."

***** Dragon 4 Flowers - nice all day cup 03/18/2008 09:23
"It's not a speacial tea for it's flavor, but has a great presentation and a is a good general cup. You can keep brewing it all day in your cup without it going bitter, which is a characteristic I've found in all of the flower teas I've tried."

***** Moroccan Mint - Doesn't get better! 02/13/2008 18:55
"Gunpowder green tea and mint - it just doesn't get better. Great for opening the mind to either start concentrating or to unburden it. "

***** Tung Ting Jade Oolong - Easy drinking! 02/13/2008 16:47
"Such a light and lovely tea. I prefer it with a bit of honey. If you're looking for a "personality" oolong, this isn't it. It doesn't assert itself over any flavor you add to it, but it certainly doesn't disappear. If you want to experiment with an oolong in a recipe or by adding flavors, this is the one."

***** 1000 Day Flower - perfect for parties 02/03/2008 09:21
"This is a great tea to use at parties instead of lemon water or other light, sweet drinks. It need nothing added and let it brew the entire time. And, it's amazing just all to yourself - brew it over and over again all day long. I keep it in my cup. Please make sure you have a clear mug for the flower teas, as they are a visual pleasure as well as a scent and taste pleasure."

***** 9 Bend Black Dragon - simple and elegant 02/03/2008 09:15
"This is a wonderfully simple black tea. After drinking Earl Grey for so long, my first cup seemed disappointing. My second cup, however, I didn't have any expectations for and it pleasantly surprised me."

***** Earl Grey Double Shot - double shot is right! 02/03/2008 09:10
"Wow! This has all the oil of bergamot you could ever want, and then some. This is fabulous if you like your tea with a bit more milk than most, but don't want to loose the flavor of the tea."

***** Green Earl Grey - not really "bergamoty" 02/03/2008 09:09
"I was disappointed with this tea. Maybe I'm not big on Senchas in general, but it was way too mind and needed more bergamot. "

***** Earl Grey Lavender - soothing! 02/03/2008 09:06
"If you need a soothing Earl Grey, this is it. It's aroma therapy and caffeine in a cup. The lavender adds a nice sweet taste too. A staple for me."

***** Earl Grey de la Creme - the best! 02/03/2008 09:05
"This is the ultimate Earl Grey tea. It's go the right amount of sweetness and creme already - I never have to add a thing. There's a reason why this sells out fast around the holidays (usually just as I'm placing my holiday order!) Thank you for this wonderful tea. It's my standard."

***** Tung Ting Jade Wu long (Superior) - perfection 02/03/2008 09:03
"The balance on this tea is remarkable. It's like a nice wine, with many levels of flavor. Granted, those level are very subtle, so you have to be in the mood for it. A great evening tea that lets you ponder the day while unwinding you. Wonderful!"

***** Champagne Wu long - scent of Peonies when brewing 02/03/2008 08:59
"I'm sad that I only ordered a sample of this. Next time, a nice big bag. This is an incredible tea. It's lightness is perfect for evening. During the brewing, I was unexpectedly dazzled with the scent of peonies. That scent was very fugitive, but none the less it has struck a chord, a kind of reward for indulging in loose tea, that no other tea so far has inspired. A great find and a wonderful tea."
