"The mint masks the pungent scent of the Valerian by itself. I mix this with other herbs like Chamomile for a nice sleep tonic."

***** Wow! 11/01/2006 20:30
"I recently had a bout of insomnia, and I had been taking valerian root in pill form, and ugh! The taste it leaves in your mouth is horrible, so I decided to try this tea, hoping the mint would hide the taste, and it does a great job! The tea is so fresh and minty, and it helps me sleep really well. Wonderful, wonderful product, and I'd recommend it to anyone!"

"This Valerian Mint Blend is perfect to help me unwind from a stressful day, or if I'm having a bout of insomnia--I've never been able to finish a mug, because I always fall asleep!! If you're not as sensitive to the effects of Valerian Root, you can still enjoy this tea for it's minty yumminess."
