Dandelion Leaf Tea. Dandelion leaf (Taraxicum officinale).
Dandelion leaf is high in nutrients and used by pregnant and postmenopausal women. It also acts as a diuretic and lowers cholesterol.
Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 6 oz cup. Heat
water until boiling. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
